FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW HOW TO POSE?: My job is to guide you through a variety of poses that will help you look your best in the photos.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?: I accept most credit cards for payment and cash as well.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY BOOKING?: My sincerest hope is that you are able to join me for a great day of all about you fun. I understand things can and do come up in our lives. Every effort will be made to find a suitable reschedule day.

Session fee due at time of booking cover the consultation, preplanning, hair and make-up professional (if requested), photo session and image reveal. Any additional expenses such as prop purchase or builds, wardrobe rental or site fees will be in addition to the base session fee.

Notification of desire to cancel or reschedule shall be made prior to 48 hours of appointment. Every effort will be made to find a suitable reschedule day.

Cancelation within 48 hrs of the scheduled session, no refunds will be made.

In the event that White Rectangle Photography must cancel the appointment. A full refund of deposit will be made if no rescheduling date or time can be agreed on.
DO I GET ALL THE DIGITALS FILES FROM MY SESSION?: Once you have chosen the images you wish to purchase, digitals files of those will be provided in in the corresponding size for print or social media along with printed works.
CAN I HAVE A FRIEND JOIN ME IN MY SESSION?: Yes! Having a friend or family member present to share the experience or watch can add to the session in a number of ways. it's best to cover this in the consultation so everyone is on the same page and I can prepare accordingly in regard to styling the shoot.
WHAT IF I ONLY WANT THE DIGITAL FILES?: The products I provide are the images. Digital or printed, the price per image remains the same.
